1. National Diploma (ND) Admission

If you are seeking admission into the National Diploma program, you have two options:

  • With JAMB: If you have completed your JAMB examination and you selected Harvarde College as your first choice (or changed to the institution via JAMB change of institution), and you meet the cut-off mark of 100 and above, you are eligible for entry into National Diploma 1. Use the "National Diploma Admission" link below to enroll, and follow the steps provided.

  • Here are the general requirements for National Diploma (ND) entry:

    1. At least five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB accepted).
    2. A valid JAMB UTME result that meets or exceeds the institution’s cut-off mark.
    3. A JAMB admission letter (to be issued after the school offers you admission through JAMB CAPS).

  • Pre-ND: If you do not yet have JAMB or complete O’Level results, you can apply through our Pre-ND program. This serves as a preparatory year where you will be given the opportunity to strengthen your academic foundation. During your first year, you will be required to:

  1. Register and sit for the JAMB examination (selecting Harvarde College as First Choice)
  2. Obtain and submit your O’Level results once available

Successful completion of these requirements will qualify you for full admission into the National Diploma program. To begin, use the "National Diploma Admission" link and follow the portal instructions.




2. Internal Entry into Higher National Diploma (HND)

This category is specifically for students who have completed their National Diploma (ND) within our institution and wish to advance to the Higher National Diploma (HND) program after their Industrial Training (IT) programs

  • Use the "Internal HND Admission" link on our portal to start the application.
  • Enter your ND matriculation number to generate your profile for HND enrollment. This will streamline your registration and documentation process.

3. External Entry into Higher National Diploma (HND)

If you completed your National Diploma (ND) at another institution but would like to join our HND program, follow the instructions below:

  • Select the "External HND Admission" link on our portal.
  • Fill in the application form and provide all required information accurately. Follow the portal’s guidance to complete the enrollment process.

  • Here are the requirements for External Entry into Higher National Diploma (HND):

    1. An accredited ND certificate/Statement of Result from a recognized institution, with a minimum grade of Lower Credit.
    2. Official academic transcripts from the previous institution attended, sent directly to the admissions office of this institution (This can be done aloneside your process of registration).
    3. At least five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
    4. A certificate or letter verifying completion of the required post-ND industrial training (usually one year).
